Business / Executive Coaching

Coaching can help business owners and executives achieve significant growth in sales, revenue, business value, employee and customer satisfaction, and most importantly, their quality of life.

Entrepreneurs and business people have the same mental health problems that everyone else has. They suffer from anxiety, depression, family and marital conflicts, stress, etc. But on top of these common issues they face a unique set of problems including burnout, professional isolation, constant high stress situations and high risk financial decisions. In many cases, everyone is looking to you to have all the answers and it can be hard to admit that you need help of your own.

I’ve been entrepreneurial as long as I can remember. Even when I was a little kid, I was always trying to come up with small businesses or ways to make money. Business and entrepreneurship is a big part of who I am, and I didn’t want to leave it behind when I decided to become a psychotherapist. Unless you have worked in the business world it may be difficult to understand the stressors and pressures that exist. Whether you are simply burning out at your job or you are considering a major shift in your business or career, it can help having someone who understands both the business world and the ways people hurt and heal. I built a business from scratch and experienced many of the most common issues business people face: faster than expected growth, expansion issues, human resource concerns, leadership issues, problem solving and risk management difficulties, and much more. After successfully growing and running the business for over a decade, I decided I wanted to become a therapist to help people who were going through the same things I went through.

Some of the issues we can work on include:

  • Business growth and scaling
  • Vision, strategy and strategic thinking
  • Leadership Development
  • Problem Solving
  • Developing, Setting, and Achieving Goals
  • Critical Thinking
  • Hiring and managing employees
  • Communication
  • Motivation
