Life Coaching

While therapy often focuses on your past and helps you to heal old wounds, life coaching focuses on your future, and helps you work towards your goals. Life coaching is not therapy. We will not spend extended time discussing your past and focusing on the root causes of any issues. Rather we will focus on where you are currently, where you wish to go, and how we can work together to get you there. We will discuss specific goals or problems, and work together to create an actionable plan that you can use.
